ZZ1 PLAYER RATINGS FORMAT
 
 ** BASEBALL PLAYER-RATE FILE FORMATS AND EXPLANATION **
 
The following formats are for baseball player rating files that will be used
by the Fantasy and Rotisserie leagues for their upcoming draft. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RATINGS:
- Batters must have at least 200 at bats in any one year to qualify for a 
 rating that year.
- Starting pitchers must have pitched at least 100 innings in any one year to
 qualify for a rating that year.
- Relief pitchers must have pitched at least 50 innings in any one year to 
 qualify for a rating that year.
 
 PLAYER-RATE (FANTASY):
 These values are calculated by applying an adjustable formula
 to; (1) a batter's batting average, runs scored, doubles, triples,
 home runs, runs batted in, and stolen bases; (2) to a pitcher's
 wins, losses, saves, earned run average, shutouts, complete games,
 strikeouts to innings pitched ratio, and hits plus walks to innings
 pitched ratio.
 
 PLAYER-RATE (ROTISSERIE):
 Player values are calculated by applying an adjustable formula
 to (1) a batter's batting average, home runs, runs batted in, and
 and stolen bases, (2) to a pitcher's wins, saves, earned run
 average, and hits plus walks to innings pitched ratio. 
 
Note: All batter files are sorted in desending order and all pitcher files
 are sorted in asending order.
