One transaction deadline: Thursday, August 23, 2007,  10 AM PT.

You must leave your five (5) protected players by the deadline as well as any trades.

No free agent picks.  The transaction results should be finished by Saturday, August 26, 2006.

Once you call in your transactions and protected list you may not call back and change it.

All players obtained in trades must be protected.  No money or players to be named later will be allowed.  However, you may trade your 1st or 2nd draft picks for player(s).  Only your 1st and 2nd.

All players obtained in these trades must be protected.

There is a limit on how many draft picks you can have in the first two rounds.>FOUR!

When you trade a draft pick for a player you can protect that player in addition to the original 5.

If you trade one of your draft picks for a player(s), you will protect 6.  This is assuming you do not get a draft pick back from that same team, even in separate transactions.

If you trade both your draft picks away, you can protect 7.  That is only if you do not get a draft pick back from any team that you traded your draft pick(s) to, even in separate deals.

When I accumulate all the trades, if two teams exchange draft picks (one for one) even though the trades were separate, the picks would cancel out and you could not protect an extra player.

You must protect all players that come to your team in trades.

These rules were put in to encourage trading and it has worked.

You can have no more than 4 picks in the first two rounds.

You may put one player on your IR if he is on the NFL IR list or listed as out for the year on a reputable site.  This can be done on the first transaction day after the draft.

You cannot protect a player who has never played a game in the NFL or has not been on an NFL roster.   "The rookie rule."

NEW!- Once a player is traded from team A to team B, that player cannot be traded back from team B to team A in the same year, including the off-season trades. That only applies when the said player has only gone from Team A to Team B and back again without being waived or traded to another team somewhere in between.

Trades must be fair. I will veto any traded deemed unfair or not in the best interest of the league.  You may not make any trades unless your team fee is in my possession.

The league fee will be $100.

1st=$400

2nd=$100

Division winners=$25

TOW (Team of the week)=$15

The last place team will draft first and the league champion will draft last in every round.

Draft day is Saturday, September 02, 2006
